This week the majority of our morning practice swimmers will begin at 8:00 AM. Those are the swimmers practicing with Coach Ryan & Coach Adam.

Novice swimmers practicing with Coach Kristen will begin at 8:30 AM.

**Afternoon practices have no changes.
